Day 2 of Spring, time to get moving

It’s the 10 days of spring challenge happening right now…

Over in my amazing VIP group on Facebook we started off with a nice gentle Yoga session. It was Sunday after all.

Today it’s time to get our bodies moving and the blood flowing faster and warming up.

We’ve hibernated for too long…
But don’t worry, I’m not going to be too mean, there are many beginners or people with injuries so I’ve chosen a workout that requires
NO equipment
Plus you can do 1 round
5 rounds.
It’s totally up to you.


You need to push yourself just a little.
I’m not talking to the point of pain (well some do)
I’m talking about pushing just a bit further than you thought you could.

When your body starts to tell you that it can’t do any more.

I think you would be surprised that you really can do just that teeny bit more.
