Join me for 4 full weeks of nothing but whole food and goodness.

Starting 1 Feb I am adding to my Natural Health Revolution life and embarking on this journey for the 28 days in February. Ialready have a number of people joining in and I would love to have you join in too.

Let me start by acknowledging everything I share here during my whole 30 Feb I have found on other public blogs and webpages. I will be giving credit to those pages as I go and if I forget please feel free to give me a nudge.

What is whole 30 some of you might ask? I asked uncle Wikipedia for an answer…

The Whole30 is a 30-day plan that emphasizes whole foods and the elimination of sugar, alcohol, grains, legumes, soy, and dairy. The Whole30 is similar to but more restrictive than the Paleo Diet, as you are not supposed to eat natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup.

Now you might think I am crazy.

You might ask… but whhhyyyyyyy. In your best 3 year olds whiny voice.

Especially when i have found an awesome health supplement that gives me lots of energy and is helping with so many things.
