Mindful March

It’s been a tough few months here at Naturally Bec.

Well maybe the past 12 months have been tough.

Late 2019 I started investigating some health issues which ended up discovering something very unexpected but that explained SO much about some symptoms I’d been having.

To put it bluntly, my Gallbladder has not been functioning properly for quite some time… the surgeon says at least 1-2 years.
It’s not even Gallstones… it’s practically a solid mass.
So on Thursday 13 February it’s coming out.

The Doc says it’s not my lifestyle, eating habits or anything like that, they all agree I’m quite fit and healthy BUT that it’s something that happens occasionally and is probably hereditary.

SO…

Bring on March.

I’m going to call it Mindful March and I would love for you to join me.

What’s Mindful March going to consist of?
